Although, Alarms appearing and disappearing could still be CORBA disconnects, especially if Tomcat is overloaded maybe?

| Description: Alarm information from Spectrum OneClick looks as though it disappears and reappears about 10 seconds later. It looks like an update is happening. The alarm counts in the OneClick navigation pane disappear, and alarms from within the OneClick Alarm window disappear. About ten seconds later, all the alarm information populates back into OneClick. Solution: This issue is due to a CORBA communication problem between the OneClick server and the SpectroSERVER(s). This issue is resolved with the following PTF patch for Spectrum release 9.2.0: Spectrum_09.02.00.PTF_9.2.029 If you have not yet installed the latest hotfix patch H06 and need this PTF patch, please open an issue CA Spectrum Support to request a copy of this patch. |
