On many devices, when I want to capture Host Configuration, I Have this error :

SPC-OCC-10746 : The operation failed. SPC-NCM-20007 :
Capture Running Script Returned Error [244]: Error retrieving configuration :
Host @IP :
No data retrieved, the capture timeout may be too low. "
Have you an idea ?
The SSH and telnet connection are OK
In my code, I Have this :
if( @config <= 0 )
{
$msg = "No data retrieved, the capture timeout may be too low.";
return( 244, $msg );
}
