Recover Administrator user from landscape

Hello,

 

i have deleted permissions from the user Administrator in one landscape (0x2000000). There's any procedure to recover this user?

 

In Component Detail, i can't see the landscape (0x2000000).

 

 

And in the SPECTRUM Control Panel i was unable to access to the users configuration:

I solved the issue by reconfiguring the Main Location Server in the missing landscape:
