    Dear Fellows,

I am using CA Spectrum 10.2.1 and I am observing slowness on my Oneclick console when I click on event tab regarding any specific device, its never displays events sometimes it takes 10-20 mins. Also its take long to load topology views and some time shows error. kindly guide me to overcome this issue.

Memory utilization of Console is fine. VM performance is fine.

    Hi Akash,

The usual culprit is the model repository updates bogging down tomcat.  You can increase the queue:

CA Spectrum OneClick client has performance issues - CA Knowledge

How much memory is the OneClick tomcat server configured for?  You may need to increase it.

Check the tomcat logs for OutOfMemory - if you see this, you'll need to increase tomcat memory.

Are other users experiencing the same thing?  If so, client performance can be an indication of SS performance.  Are you seeing any perf issues with the SpectroSERVER?  Are there any messages in the $SPECROOT/SS/VNM.OUT indicating a performance issue?  Any dump files in the $SPECROOT/SS/support directory?

    Cheers
