CA PM: Data Repository Backup

I have followed the documentation to configure the automatic backup of the Data Repository, what has not been very clear to me is how to make each week a total backup and from there backup integral, I could give some segerencia.

Hi Carlos,

 

Ideally a script runs that creates a new directory, and updates the configuration file used by the backup to point to it, so a new backup cycle begins in that new location.

 

Then the old backup can be removed or set aside for a period of time before deletion.

 

There isn't a readily available script for this from the documentation or product.

 

The script would basically take steps laid out in the documentation here.
