  • 1.  OneClick in a Load Balancer Pool

    Hi community,

i wanted to discuss if some of you operate OneClick within a load balancer pool, and if so what are some best practices.

We do so, and experience client disconnects from time to time. The documentation is not very verbose in regards to load balancer settings, or maybe even OneClick optimization for load balanced scenarios. The only thing mentioned is for the load balancer how to check if the OneClick servers are up & running.

So, do you operate OneClick with load balancers? Which balancers? What settings did you adjust, which profiles are you using? Do you use SSL?

    Are you experiencing client disconnects?

Looking forward for a good discussion.

    Best regards

    Marco

One setting which I am aware is to ensure "sticky” sessions or "session persistence” (or whichever terminology it may be for the Load Balancer) is turned on.
