  • 1.  How to export an unique Global Collection or Service to CMDB and using Modelinggateway tool

    Hi All,

     

    I looking for information or method to export from spectrum only one (defined) Global Collection or Service and their elements to CMDB. I'm using the modeling gateway tool and the -cmdb option.

    Hi,

     

    As per my knowledge, Modeling gateway with CMDB option will export all the accountable models and can not be restricted to export limited CIs/models as it is exporting the models based on the CMDB Class Family and Spectrum Model Class.

     

    Some one please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

    Yes, that is correct.  However you can edit/modify the resulting export file and remove what you do not want.
