Anyone out there monitoring vpn tunnels on an asa firewall? IF so, did you configure some sort of watch and what is the format < example> of that . Tunnels are showing under the cisco ipsec ike field.
Someone may have a different solution, but using this seems to work:
cikeTunStatus.#
The "#" is a wildcard for all returned instances. You will set your threshold to be equal to 2 (destroy) to generate an alarm, and reset if it does not equal 2.
