    Hello!

    To know about your CA Support Contract, you can check with your CA Account Manager.

    Just about licenses, need to know what are all the CA products in use.

    Usually CA Spectrum, CA eHealth, CA Performance Management, CA Network Flow Analysis, CA SystemEdge, CA VAIM, does not require license.

    Just CA Unified Infrastructure Management ( Formely Nimsoft) use license and if expires, the product stops to work.

    You can open a ticket with Support under licensing category and they should be able to provide you with the contract details which includes the license maintenance/subscription  expiry information

    If you are running a very old version of Spectrum (< 9.4 as far as I remember) you will maybe find this entry in $SPECROOT/SS/.vnmrc

    ...

    expiration_date=12/31/2017

    ...

    if that is the case, the software will not run anymore with the begin of the next year, independed of your formal contracts.

    In that case you should contact CA support and ask for a new license key.
