    Can you communicate to the controller or reviewed logs on the robot?

    Problem is occurred in CA spectrum one click.

    Take a look at the events for that specific device model, that might give a clue of whats wrong with the device . May be a screenshot would also help with understanding the issue you are facing

    Hello,

     

    What is this device ? Server or Network device?

    If server you need to make sure port 48000 to 48050 [maximum is depend upon your requirement] are allowed  between your Nimsoft network and the Server and also check if you can reach from both the side.

    Please open a case.  There are many different reasons this could occur (ie. event customizations, network issues, Spectrum config etc) and trying to resolve this here is going to be difficult.  Log/data collection and a webex session is probably needed.

    What is the spectrum version you are using? I was having the same issue with spectrum 10.2 the device was red in One click but was pingable and even accessible with SNMP walk from the SS server, after applying SP1 10.2.1 the issue resolved.
