Variables do not appear when running trend reports on eHealth

Hi Guys

 

I have a situation on eHealth where when i try to run a trend report, the variables do not appear in the variables section. See image

If you go in the Element using One Click and try to run the At a Glance Report, do you have data?

 

Is this Device Certified? You can check at CA -- Certified Devices Search Page 

 

What is the eHealth full version? nhshowrev command you help you to get the full build!

From one click & via the web when I run an At A Glance report I do get data. But a trend report does not give me an option to choose any variable. Even when I try to run a trend repoort from One Click, the report fails with the below error:

 

I believe the device is certified. It's a normal Windows 2008 Server. This happens on all servers on this eH system.   

 

eHealth version: 6.3.0 D0 (Runs On Linux)

Thanks for the response i ran the command and it helped.

 

i realised that it is more than one MTF file that needed to be reloaded. I ran the command alone without specifying the MTF filename and it reloaded all of them.
