  • 1.  Could not run the report from Distributed Console  but i can run it  from Poller

    I am not able to run the ehealth report from emsleeehdc01(distributed console) but I am able to run it from emsleeehdp10(Poller).

     

    In ehealth cluster all the systems are interlinked and when I try for report from console it should send some .dsi file to the poller where the device is available  and should return the report.

     

    But here I am not getting the report.

    Hello Arif,

     

    I looked up that error using some internal search tools. I found a recent support case where the same problem and error was reported.

     

    The problem appears to be that the eHealth admin user on the reporting console has an invalid password and its authentication is being rejected.

    You probably will see messages like this sample message, in the httpd-errors log on the reporting console server:

     

    [Mon Oct 31 13:23:01.797305 2016] [auth_basic:error] [pid 10530:tid 4032400272] [client <IP_Address>:33010] AH01617: user admin: authentication failure for "/eHealthServices/services/DiscoverIf": Password Mismatch

     

    That will confirm the specific user having a problem. Likely the admin user.

     

    If all that lines up the users password will need to be reset. You can follow the instructions in KB article ID TEC514846 to reset the password.

     

    Let us know if that helps out. If not, further investigation may be needed that warrants opening a formal support case for assistance.

    Arif, I would try what Mike Poller suggested. Then let me know how many servers you have still running eHealtg 6.0 and what is blocking you from transitioning to CA Performance Management - or at least migrating to the current eHealth 6.3.3 for full support.
