Alert on System Uptime

Is there a way for Spectrum to generate an alarm on a device after a specific uptime?  I have users that have equipment that requires a reboot after a specific length of time.

You could create a SpectroWATCH to monitor sysUpTime and trigger an alert if X time has passed.

Should be pretty easy to write one up.
