How do you delete an Alarm Troubleshooter you created in the past?

    Hi Jon,

In OneClick, go to the Tools - Troubleshooters menu pick.

This will launch the Troubleshooters dialog window that allows you to create, modify, and delete troubleshooters.

Hope this is what you are looking for,

    Brad

    Hi Brad,

I don't seem to have this option even though I am a superuser/admin with all available rights.

Do you know of another way? I am running 10.2.3.

    regards

    Mark,

Not sure why you would not have the Trouble Shooter menu pick.

You can run a Locater search for all Trouble Shooter models and then delete. If you are running a DSS, you may have multiple Trouble Shooter models in different landscapes with the same name so ensure you delete them all.
