I'm experiencing too much slowness with SLA and service reports, take to much time... more than 10 minutes or end with an error of time out.ErrorTimeout. [RCIRAS0244]
I already check the TEC593183 for increment the timeout values.. but nothing changes.This not happend with another reports, alarms, events, availability... just services reports. The DB is the same, no? "reporting".
Any idea ?

I took a look at past cases where customers reported this same error. Most had to apply both of the following fixes:
Ad-hoc Report fails with: Cannot initialize Report Engine server. (Error: RWI 00226) (Error: INF)
Thanks, I did that at first time. Dont work for me.
The problem was because a device in spectrum generate a LOT LOT LOT of events, (Device has stopped to respond...) and that event/alarm increase a lot the DB, of ddm and reporting then. After cleanning and fix device the reports back to normally speed.
