You could check for the webAppName via the below procedures:
Procedure 1:
==========
Please check the below in the sample.properties file from the Ca_install\ folder which you have used to install Jasper 6.1
# Customized Webapp Name. Default Webapp Name is jasperserver-pro
webAppName=jasperserver-pro
Procedure 2:
==========
Open 'Run' window, search for 'Configure tomcat' and select the Java tab
Check out where -Djs.license.directory is pointing to, normally it should be
-Djs.license.directory=<tomcat_home>/webapps/jasperserver-pro
If it is anything other than jasperserver-pro, customized Webapp Name may have been used.
