CA Spectrum, Default Behavior of Device has stopped responding alarm

    Currently running CA Spectrum 9.4.3

     

    Is it the default behavior of Spectrum to issue a clear event before the device has stopped responding to polls alarm?

    Hi Vaita,

     

    Yes this is normal behavior. The SpectroSERVER will issue a 0x10d30 clear event  to

      clear any previous conditions and then generate the 0x10d35 event for the Critical alarm. You

      will then see the 0x10701 event (3rd event above) which actually changes the condition.
