    PROBLEM:


    If the settings for the Secure Shell (SSH) terminal that is launched from OneClick (OC) have been modified from the default you may see that once connected to the password is not accepted.

    As a result you may see that the password prompt shows the user name on one line and the @<ip_address> on another like this:

    Usename

    @<ip_address>

     

    ENVIRONMENT:


    ANY

     

    RESOLUTION:


    If you are seeing this you should change the default terminal settings back to the defaults which are:

    Once you have modified the settings the terminal should connect as normal with the username@<ip_address> displayed correctly on 1 line:
