  • 1.  Cisco AIR-CT5520-K9 WLC not supported?

    Posted Jun 27, 2016 07:55 AM

I have a Cisco AIR-CT5520-K9 that get modelled as a CiscoBG and WLC Manager does not recognize it as a WLC. Running Spectrum 10.1.1.0.64. Am I doing something wrong or isn't the device supported by Spectrum?

    Roberth,

What is the sysObjectID of the device?

Should I just register them all to support?

    Roberth,

According to the CA -- Certified Devices Search Page site, the 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.12.3.1.3.1508 and 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.12.3.1.3.1454 are also not currently supported.

You can self certify as discussed in the documentation at Self-Certification - CA Spectrum - 10.1 and 10.1.1 - CA Technologies Documentation

You can also submit a request to have these devices certified in Spectrum.
