Lucky you.  You've run into the latest round of Oracle locking Java down to the point where we have difficulty running anything.  With Java 1.8 there are extra security restrictions that Java places on developers which ends up trashing us customers.  To truly fix this will require CA to update their tools and us to load the latest software.  However, don't be afraid.  I've already run into this problem with Spectrum 9.2.3 and found a work around until we upgrade.  From you java console, you have to make updates to the security tab.  Since you no longer have low or medium security levels in Java.  You are going to have to add each and every system to your Exception Site List.  Yes, I know, we used to be able to wildcard things.  Wildcards did not work for me.  I had to add each and every system, including the port to the exception list (example:  https://{system}:{port}/  or http://{system}:{port}).

I hope that helps solve your problem.
