    Title:  Error code RCIRAS0546 when trying to export Spectrum Report Manager (SRM) reports to PDF format

    Description:

     

    Prior to the release of Spectrum 9.2.1 H6 you may see the following error message when exporting reports to PDF format:

    Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator. [RCIRAS0546]


    Solution:

     

    This problem has been fixed in 9.2.1 H6 and later. If seeing the above error message when trying to export SRM reports to PDF you should upgrade to the latest Spectrum hotfix on 9.2.
