Alram Issue - Spectrum

    I am not able to clear alarms whic are already been cleared from OneClick Console.

    Showing "Error Clearing the following alarm.

     

    Please advice to me how can i clear the alarm.

    @the first glance I don't see a relationship to eHealth. Please explain.

    It is not related to eHeatlh.

    Below error I am showing in Spectrum. This not related to eHealth.

    Can you please be a bit more specific when you claim:

    "I am not able to clear alarms whic are already been cleared from OneClick Console.

    Showing "Error Clearing the following alarm."

    (As you have mentioned alarms are already cleared from OC console,now from where you are trying to clear?)

    Hi Lakshmi,

    We have two OneClick Web servers. All of a sudden one webserver went down. After launched the oneclick console it is showing false alarms which already has been cleared. But I am not able to clear when I tried to clear it is showing throwing an error like “Error Clearing the following alarm”.

    Hi Srinivas,

     

    You haven't mentioned what you did to get back the OC server,though just to have more insight on the issue :)

     

    Can you kindly bounce the Spectrum Tomcat service on the OC server end --> Restart the OC console

     

    Test if all looks good.
