    $SPECROOT/.installrc
    $SPECROOT/vnmsh/VnmShd
    $SPECROOT/SS/SpectroSERVER

Will spectrum generate an alert if any of the above process down?

Suppose if spectrum does not generate alerts which tool will generate if any process down?

If ehealth does this how can i configure?

    Is a file.
    $SPECROOT/vnmsh/VnmShd
Does not run by default (AFAICT)
    $SPECROOT/SS/SpectroSERVER
...is the central process itself. You won't see /any/ alerts if it is down.
Suppose if spectrum does not generate alerts which tool will generate if any
    process down?
e.g. System Edge w/ process monitoring. Or any other agent of your choice.

System Edge can send a trap (and then an alert in LE) or you can do process
polling and get an alert if process set is down.
