    This knowledge document only lists the fixes and enhancements to pre-existing functionality that Spectrum hotfix patch H12 for 9.2 will deliver. The full and final Software Release Notice (SRN) contains requirements, special considerations and installation instructions. Please read the full SRN which can be download along with H12.

    Symptom: If an admin user creates an alarm filter policy for a landscape that he does not have access to , he will get the alarm notifications from those landscapes even though he doesn't have access.

Improved algorithm to handle de-duplication of discovered devices, significantly reducing unnecessary IP address table reads.

    Symptom: NCM file transfer timeout error is reported in the OneClick console, if device firmware upload time exceeds hardcode value of 66.66 minutes.
    Resolution: NCM firmware upload timeout value is made configurable in Spectrum so that the users will now be able to modify or set appropriate timeout values from OneClick console.

    Symptom: When using a load balancer and looking at the Client Log, the user logged in message reports that the IP address of the logged in client is from the load balancer, and not from the client itself. Since the load balancer is actually making the request, the log shows the load balancer IP. This needs to show the actual IP of the client that makes the request.
    Resolution: 1. Load balancers should be configured by enabling to use "X-Forwarded-For" Http header field. 2. A Spectrum side fix has been provided which should be applied on the Web server. Once these above two steps are followed, then this issue will be resolved.
