I have recently heard a desire to automate batch job recovery utilizing a ticketing system, some form of automation software to perform rules-based logic, etc. Although I'm not new to AutoSys (Workload Automation AE) or automation technologies, I'm curious to hear from others who may have successful implementations such as this and be willing to share details of how this was accomplished.
