How to setup Look-back condition in job start condition

I need to build a Autosys job to run in following situation

if Job_A fail and Job_B did not run within last 2 days, then run the Job_C

Job_A, Job_B and Job_C  all are in one Autosys Box job

Ex:
    Box_Test

• Job_A
• Job_B
• Job_C

Could you please someone can help me how to configure the Job_C in Autosys ?
