communication problem between manager and agenst after reterive spool log in WADE

​After running JOB in WADE, the following phenomenon appears when reterive log of the job using desktop console and web console..
1. Only part of the entire spool log file appears in the desktop console and web console.
2. After the reterieve log once, communication between the agent and the manager is broken.
   Therefore, all jobs will be in READY state and also job spool log will not be inquired and can't browser files in "File browser".

If i delete the files (transmitter_queue*.odb, queue_communicator.odb under /deagent/database), the problem was disapearred.

 What is the phenomenon and how do I resolve it?
