Error131003: while searching or Opening jobs

Hi All,

 

I am getting below error on WCC while searching or opening a job.

Please guide.

Error: E131003 Error loading the job:Could not access HTTP invoker remote service at [http://localhost:10132/RemoteServices/remote/AeRemoteServices]; nested exception is java.io.IOException: Did not receive successful HTTP response: status code = 500, status message = [Internal Server Error]

Apologies mine is a little different:

Hi Shan,

Please try restarting the WCC services. It should work. We had the same issue on our primary WCC and restarted the services and it resolved the issue.
