We are currently migrating our WAAE environment from r11.0 to r11.3.6. What do I need to do to ensure the agent machines will work with the new AE server? Do I need to restart the agent on each machine after making the appropriate updates?

If you are planning to migrate your Autosys Database (AEDB) from r11.0 to r11.3.6, the machine definitions will migrate as well because they still exist in the database. There is no need to restart any of the agents after completing your migration.
