  • 1.  CA Workload i5 series file trigger is not finding the correct path

    Hi team

We are working with the CA Workload Automation dSeries release 12.3 sp3 and the System Agent i5 12.3 sp4 .

We are definig the job  file trigger ,  searching for the next member: PRUCAWA.MBR (located at the nexy path : /QAS.LIB/QSYS.LIB/PASO.LIB/PRUCAWA.FILE/)  when is created.

But for some reason, when the job is triggered ,  CAWA is not able to find member : PRUCAWA.MBR and the next error appears:

The /QSYS.LIB/PASO.LIB/PRUCAWA.FILE does not exist or not a directory

We worked with the file triggers before and they worked fine, the only different is this Member is defined in to an external disc.

The question is, if we something is missing in the syntax of the path where the file trigger scans? Or we need to define something in to the agentparm.txt in order to avoid this error?

I hope you can help me ...

    Please check the next screenshots:

I hope it does not not like the dot (.) in the path.

    /QSYS.LIB/PASO.LIB/PRUCAWA.FILE

Can you please try to enclose them in double quotes?

    Hi Chandru

Thanks for your feedbak but still not working...

I think is someting with the IASP, because this memmber is defined in to  IASP  :  /QAS.LIB/QSYS.LIB/PASO.LIB/PRUCAWA.FILE/PRUCAWA.MBR

    My Best Regards
