    Hello,

    While accessing through Client 3.3.1 it is not getting load, but through Web it is accessible.

    Hello Zint,

    When you start / launch the CA PAM client, do you see that CA PAM client is attempting to look up for updates, if yes, you should be able to connect to CA PAM server using the client.

    If the answer is "no", make sure you have an internet connection on the machine where the CA PAM client is installed and then try again.
