About browser support plans

Hi, All

When accessing the PAM console from a browser, only Internet Explorer 11 is supported.
In the future Internet Explorer will not be supported by Microsoft, so I would like to use another browser.
Are there any plans for another browser to support PAM?

Jiro,

The reason IE is the only supported browser is that it is the only browser that still has a java plug-in.  I'm sure we would be happy to support other browsers if any supported a java plugin.

There has been discussion and some development effort around ideas to get away from java applets, however nothing announced yet.

As of right now, we recommend using the PAM client for the best user experience.

I anderstood the reason that IE is the only supported browser.
I will suggest using the PAM client to our customer.
