Hi,
Per our documentation:
https://docops.ca.com/ca-privileged-access-manager/3-3/EN/upgrading/
we state the following:
Important!
Do not attempt to upgrade to Release 3.3 from Service Pack
3.2.5
. The software in 3.2.5 is newer (by date) than 3.3 and contains incompatible updates. To upgrade to the 3.3 release stream from 3.2.5, wait for and upgrade to the 3.3.1 Service Pack which will support direct upgrade from 3.2.5. For information about the Service Pack strategy and release timelines, see
CA PAM Fix Strategy
.
