I would like to know what does AWS/Azure management console "10 pack" business users license and "Authorized Use Limitation - 1 Pack"  mean and how does the licensing work for using AWS/Azure management console?

Sanjeev, We were informed by Product Management that this is a leftover from the previous licensing model and that AWS/Azure support should be included by default now. You can ignore those packs.
