Good morning
I am having a problem in PAM where users are not being granted the FirecallUser (Standard Users) Credential Manager Group.
The users were imported via an LDAP group, the group is automatically assigned the Standard User User Role as expected. . When the user then tries to open an RDP session, there following error comes up "The logon attempt failed. The credentials that were used to connect to server did not work."
In the Session Logs, I found these two errors:
PAM-CMN-2302: Error when attempting to retrieve pa user id via access user id - error was
PAM-CM-0620: No data found for specified User.
PAM-SRM-0013: An error occurred while post-processing of session recording: NLA login was canceled or invalid credentials were entered. Deleting the file: SERVER.DOMAIN.g-0000049497-1592393945751_RDP
I am also unable to search for the users to add them to the Credential Manager Group, but the users are available in the Users list and are able to log into PAM
