  • 1.  Transparent Login Agent not Executed

    Hello,

    One of the RDS Server Transparent Login Agent is not working.

    I have checked on this link https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/external/article?articleId=47077
    and none of them were the case.

    It seems that the windows batch for Transparent Login is not Executed.
    because when i tried Transparent Login, the cmd is not running and the batch is still on this folder.

    Out of Four only on this particular RDS Server have this error.
    is there any suggestion for this?

    Hi,

    I don't see the error that you are getting.  However what happens when you execute the xcs_run manually?

    Hi Kevin,

    here I've record the error.

    as you can see, the transparent login agent did not start at the startup login.
    the drive redirection for it is available but CA PAM did not execute it.
