PAM Invalid Product support

    Hi everyone,

    When i try to acccess Broadcom Support Portal and select CA Privileged Access Manager(PAM) from the list it throws an "Invalid Product!" and on the Symantec Page this product doesn't exist.

    Does this happen to anyone else? I think the URL might be broken.

    Hi Nikola, There was a problem with the support site that affected products with parentheses in the name, e.g. PAM comes up as "CA Privileged Access Management (PAM)" when you look for it. I saw the same problem a couple of days ago, but it's working for me now, so it looks like it's fixed.
