I have not set up auto connect for Silverlight, but I can point you to the general guidance in the documentation:
https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-privileged-access-management/privileged-access-manager/3-4/implementing/configure-policies-to-provision-user-access-to-devices-and-applications/configure-devices/set-up-access-to-a-target-device/create-tcp-udp-services-to-access-a-device/configure-a-service-to-access-a-web-portal/how-to-configure-automatic-login-to-web-portals.html
.
The one other piece of guidance I can provide is that the login page that would be seen in learn mode, when using PAM HTML Web SSO, must show the UserID & Password fields, as well as the submit button. PAM will not be able to do the auto connect if this is not the case.
