  • 1.  "Login failed: unknown reason" after "Restore the Database from a Backup File"

    Hi there, 

    Does anyone have any idea what could have gone wrong when I received this "Login failed: unknown reason" after "Restore the Database from a Backup File" or how could I fix my CA PAM ?

    I am using this CA PAM system for my development work and  "Restore the Database from a Backup File" allows me to revert the instance to an earlier state.

    I am running CA PAM 3.4.

    Hi 
    Try clear PAM Client Cache
    Were you using SSO integration?
    If yes confirm that configuration restored for SSO integration is correct.

    So clear PAM client cache, meaning remove all files and folders under "C:\Program Files (x86)\CA PAM Client\cache" ?

    No, I am not using SSO.
