  • 1.  RDP connection issue

    Hello Team,

    While connecting to a server from Access page , I'm getting below error.

    "The logon attempt failed. 
    The credentials that were used to connect to server did not work."

    I got a solution from below article,but I'm using super user to connect to the server which by default has all roles i suppose.Could you please let me know if i'm missing something here.

    Hello Inbaselvan,

     

    Please make sure that the Target Account used for the Auto-Login is actually valid and preferably in sync.

     

    Should you have a cluster which is stopped please unlock the node to make the Credential Manager available.

    Hello Andreas,
    The target account is verified successfully in PAM and using the same credentials I'm able to rdp to the server outside PAM.

    What do you see in the Windows Event logs when you get the error?

    Hello Sung Hoon Kim,
    There was no information in the windows event logs.But I was able to login into the server from PAM using Application type Generic.
