The product must be updated from the control minder version 12.8 to PIM 14.0 I have been reviewing the documentation and I have some doubts
Should the agent installed on the endpoints also be migrated?
What happens to session recordings stored in observeIT?
How is the process for recording sessions? From what I have read I understand a MSSQL database is used?
Any important recommendations for this update?
