    Sorry about the confusion on this. The links  you have are only for Internal Broadcom people. You can change the link as seen below to the external version. This is sometimes a mistake I make when linking documents to a support issue. Its a simple mistake

    ​Hello Joe,

    Thank you for caring this case.
    I was able to access the first link but I failed to the 2nd and 3rd.
    When I clicked 2 or 3, "Retry Login" message showed up.

    Could you kindly check what is wrong?

    We're starting the Web Server and the Web Agent doesn't start. The
    Windows Event log shows :

    Sm_AgentApi_Init Failed. 
    SiteMinder agent has encountered initialization errors and will not service requests. 

    How can we fix this ?

    Release: MSPJBO99000-12.52-Single Sign-On-Agent for JBoss-for MSP
    Component:

    Use IP address in the HCO or make the hostname from the HCO resolvable
    in the hosts file of the Web Agent OS to solve the issue.
