Given the error that you provided, "the secondary site has lost connection with the primary site for 25:05", you should look into network issues.  You didn't mention the type of deployment.  If these PAM instances are deployed in VMware there are a couple of things to check.  Take a look at this page in the 3.3 Wiki, https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-privileged-access-management/privileged-access-manager/3-3/administrating/maintenance/cluster-maintenance.html, specifically the "Best practices for Backups and Snapshots" sectionn.

It mentions not taking a snapshot of the primary node while the cluster is live and not using vMotion.

For anything further you should open a Support ticket and supply the system log files from all cluster nodes.

    Hi Edward,

We are deployed Multi-Site Cluster and Secondary Sites. Is process to check network part? like which port required for connect two cluster ?
We are testing Disaster Recovery scenario if DC down can we do work from secondary site or not?
but we didn't get the actual result can you suggest us?
    is it possible?
