    PAM-CMN-1871: Cannot remove CA Threat Analytics license feature while users still have API client keys.
    Hi all

    We're trying to update a license for a customer's POC without TAP, previously it was enabled...

    Now when we install the new license we get
    PAM-CMN-1871: Cannot remove CA Threat Analytics license feature while users still have API client keys.

    And the API Key can't be deleted from Target accounts:
    PAM-UI-2401: Error deleting user. The CA Threat Analytics special user is deleted when the CA Threat Analytics is no longer licensed, and may not be deleted otherwise.

    So what ?
    Any idea on how to "downgrade" a license from TAP ?
