    Hello,

    We are experiencing RDP performance issues in our PAM 3.2.4 environment. The issue is in regards to RDP screen refresh and also the screen refresh when running an RDP Application.

    We so no issues with SSH or any of our Web applications.

    Has anybody else seen display/screen refresh issues when using RDP in PAM3.2.4?

    Hello Andy, One known cause of such a behavior is the Applet Log Level setting on the PAM server under Configuration > Diagnostics > Diagnostic Logs -> Log Levels. If that is set to Debug, it will significantly reduce performance specifically for the RDP access method. SSH sessions typically have much lower throughput. For Web applications other factors come into play, like whether or not the connection is routed through the PAM server, and what the configured Web Recording Quality setting under Global Settings is.
