  • 1.  Error when tying to update password for the account

    Hi all,

    did anyone facing this issue previously ?.

    This happens when i'm trying to update new password for the account.

    Fyi,

    I have already
    - unlocked the account
    - clear the unsuccesful login count
    - reset the password

    Hi Afrezal, all the activities you mention seem to refer to something you do on the credential source side, not on the PAM side. But this message is generated by PAM internally, without interaction with the credential source. Any target account update is protected by a lock. If the lock is held already, you get this error. If the problem persists, you should open a case with PAM Support.
