  • 1.  RDP Transparent Login Not Working

    Hello,

    i need help regarding RDP Application Transparent Login.

    when i testing the transparent login xml via learning mode debug,
    the transparent login is working fine.

    but when i tried on the access tab, the transparent login not continue after imputing username.

    (refer to the 2 video I've uploaded)

    Hello Dhani,

    Mostly this issue is caused by a failed TLS handshake between PAM and the Terminal Server due to an absent / invalid certificate / key on the Terminal Server end which is trusted by PAM.

    Hello Andreas,

    Thank you for your reply, the Transparent Login has working now.

    but now the issue is after successful login the RDP immediately Signing out.
    probably it's on the windows configuration, so i'll ask the infra to troubleshoot it.
