  • 1.  RESET ACKNOWLEDGE PORT 3307 CLUSTER PAM IN FIREWALL LOGS

    Posted May 21, 2020 04:34 PM
    Hello Community,

We have a client with a cluster of 4 members, the firewall administrator tells us that repeatedly in the logs the message is shown: Reset Acknowledgment port 3307 from the master node to another member. These messages are normal? I know that port 3307 belongs to MySQL, in that sense it is possible that since it is an ACTIVE-ACTIVE cluster, it is repeatedly communicating to each member's database to replicate information.

    Please your comments.

    Thank You!

Hello Adolfo, Yes, this is part of the MySQL database replication, see e.g. documentation page https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-privileged-access-management/privileged-access-manager/3-4/deploying/set-up-a-cluster/cluster-deployment-requirements.html
