    Hi,

    Iam getting the issue while connecting CAPAM using client. Please find the attached screenshot for your  reference.

    Error  Checking for update failed Reason  connection reset.

    Can anyone help me.

    CAPAM version 3.2.4

    Hi Bhumesh, Is the connection via a browser successful? If so, is there a message in the PAM session logs at the time the client tries to connect? Any error in the PAM client log (logs.log in the client installation folder)?

    We had the same issue, seems it tries to connect over internet for update files, if proxy blocks it cannot update.

    You can specify intranet and publish update files via IIS​
