PAM Remote Desktop -  No License Server Available

    Hi all!

    today a pam user inform the following error that I think could be a problem of the remote server instead of the CA PAM.

     

    what do you think?

    anyone faced this kind of error message??

    Hello Emilio, Yes, this looks like an error coming back from the Windows server when PAM tries to connect to it, not a problem in PAM.

    Ralf! thank you for your response.

    I'm really confused now, engineering system sent me a screenshot of a rdp connection to the server without using the PAM, and it's works..

    Hi Emilio, Is the "console” checkbox checked in the Access Methods page of the device for access method RDP? Does the setting make a difference? Is the same account being used in and outside of PAM? If you can't get it resolved, please open a support case so we can take a closer look.

    isn't checked

     

    Also, this device has the same settings as others devices in PAM.

     

    supposed to the account is only used in PAM..
